At the foundation of many social challenges lies one critical issue: housing affordability. When safe, attainable housing is out of reach, every other aspect of stability and opportunity becomes harder to achieve.

Today, the cost and complexity of the permitting process present a significant and often unnecessary cost & time barrier to build housing. In an era defined by IoT, artificial intelligence, and Web3 technologies, many of these processes can—and should—be simplified, standardized, and made more accessible.

 

Excessive friction in permitting does not protect communities; it delays solutions and increases costs for those who can least afford them.

We are working intentionally and persistently to address this problem by modernizing and streamlining the systems that stand in the way of attainable housing.

At the same time, we believe modular construction represents a critical next phase in the evolution of residential housing. By combining efficient design, off-site manufacturing, and predictable outcomes, modular construction offers a path to faster delivery, higher quality, and lower costs—without sacrificing safety or community standards.
